Odorless and colorless, CO comes from exhaust gas, from certain gas and oil-burning furnaces, chimneys, cooking appliances and candles.

  It causes headaches, nausea, fatigue; it is fatal in high concentrations.

  Install a range hood in the kitchen, install CO detectors on each floor and, above all, avoid an attached garage.
