Creators and project designers of the ERE 132 eco home

The idea of assembling a multi-disciplinary team to build a model eco home and to create from it a technological showcase came into being in 2010. Under the impetus of the Green Building Cluster, the project schedule was established. The design and construction of the ERE 132 Eco Home was finally carried out in 4 phases, from 2012 to 2015.

The design team comprised Marie-Hélène Nollet, Marie-Élaine Banville and Pierre Etcheverry, 3 of the 4 creators of the project. The businesses Tetra Tech and Hélène Tremblay Group design joined the design team. This group of professionals of the Lower Saint Lawrence comes from the sectors of architecture, the environment and building system mechanics. The team is bolstered by their sheer ambition for sustainable development.
